• Expansion and Multitasking:  Up to 4 printheads from 1 control unit on two separate lines.  Printheads can be synched for large message stitching.  Encoders enabled (up to 2).

All orifices are individuall controlled, enabling the same head to print crisp bar codes and high quality graphics in the same message. Competing Trident head based systems use a 32 dot module with up to 8 multiple outlets per each dot, requiring dedicated heads for bar codes and logos. The wafer thin 128 orifice print module of the PIEZO 2000 has the highest resolution in the industry, 185 dots per inch, vertical, 360 with tilt.
