with the University of Padova Applied Physics Faculty and manufactured
entirely in house under strict quality protocols.
Most current systems for printing on steel require a white laser chromic coating that turns black under a CO2 laser beam. The coating material is quite expensive and not available on the open market. The application of the coating to the stainless steel tag requires a special set up that is a secondary operation requiring some spaying or contact application. However, with the SISMA YAG laser we can turn black directly on the stainless steel surface saving the cost of coating. |
